Cast Iron Skillet

Most everything Patrick cooks is in a cast iron skillet. Even though this one says pre-seasoned, this site recommends you season the pan your self to make sure.

Professional foragers always have a clean brown paper bag on them to properly label which mushroom species as well as the date this mushroom was foraged.
